What systems do you connect to?
We work with most telephony systems (CallCorp, Five9, Genesys, NICE, RingCentral), CRMs (Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, HubSpot), and POS systems (Toast, Square, Revel). In most cases we work from data exports rather than direct API connections — meaning no IT approval needed and no security risks to your systems.
How long does it take to go live?
Most clients are live with a working dashboard within 5 business days of signing up. We start with a 30-minute kickoff call to understand your metrics, then build and deliver. You'll see a draft within 2–3 days and give feedback before we finalize.
What does "automated" actually mean?
It means your dashboard updates itself every day without anyone doing anything. Depending on your data source, this happens via an automated download and deployment process that runs on a schedule. You open your dashboard link in the morning and the previous day's data is already loaded. Nobody exports a file, nobody formats a spreadsheet.
Do I need to know how to code or use any technical tools?
Absolutely not. You just open a link. That's it. We handle every part of the technical build, automation, hosting, and maintenance. If something breaks, we fix it. Your job is to read the dashboard and run your operation.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
At the end of 30 days we have a quick check-in call to make sure everything is working for your team. If you want to continue, we activate your subscription.
